Demandbase One for Sales provides insights directly within Dynamics 365. You can search for a company or people, manage your Watchlists, view company insights categories, and leverage your referral network.
You can access the Demandbase One for Sales iFrame in Dynamics 365 from Account, Lead, Contact, and Opportunity entities.

Important: Launching Demandbase One for Sales from Microsoft’s My Apps (https://portal.office.com/myapps) causes an error. Dynamics doesn't have the required parameters to support the Demandbase oAuth secure login.
Steps
- Log in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- From the left navigation bar, select the Sales area.
- Go to an account page.

You can access the Demandbase One for Sales iFrame in the following areas:
- Right side of the Account page.
- Demandbase One for Sales tab.

(Optional) Users can also access the Demandbase One for Sales web platform directly from Microsoft Dynamics. This allows users to easily search the entire Demandbase database, build lists, and manage agents, connections, watchlists etc.
- In the Demandbase One for Sales iFrame, click top right three lines.
- Select the desired action.

Users are routed to the web platform and can utilize the full functionality of Demandbase One for Sales.
