When downloading the Sales Intelligence Dynamics App Package, the Demandbase One for Sales (formerly Sales Intelligence) tile is added to the default sitemap.
This article shows how to configure the Demandbase One for Sales navigation tile in any custom Microsoft Dynamics UCI sitemap.
Prerequisites/Preparation
You must have admin privileges in Microsoft Dynamics.
Demandbase must be integrated with Microsoft Dynamics.
The Demandbase One for Sales iFrame is only available for Dynamics Unified Client Interface (UCI.)
Steps: Create an Area
- Log into Microsoft Dynamics CRM as an admin user.
- Go to Settings > Customization > Customize the System > Components > Model-driven Apps.
- Double-click on the Custom UCI App you want to configure.
- Go to Site Map and click the Edit icon.
- Click Add > Area.

Enter the following Properties:
- Title: Demandbase
- Icon: Icon for Demandbase Insight navigation link
- ID: InsightsMain
- Check the Show Groups checkbox.
Steps: Create Groups
- Click on the newly created Demandbase tab. On the right, select the Components tab. Drag and drop two groups into the blank space.

Click on each group and enter the following property values:
- Group 1
- Group 2
Steps: Create Subareas
- Click Add > Subarea. Add two subareas to the Products group and two subareas to the Settings group.
- Click on each subarea and enter the following:

Products - Subarea 1
- Type: Web Resource
- URL: $webresource:iv_/webpages/discovery_center.htm or enter the keyword Discovery Center and select Demandbase Insights Discovery Center.
- Title: Sales Intelligence
- Icon: Demandbase User Settings Icon 64x64 SVG
- ID: nav_discoverycenter
- Check the Parameter Passing checkbox.

Advanced > Privileges
- Entity: Select Demandbase Insights Entity and click the + button.
- Expand For entity: Demandbase Insights Entity and check the create checkbox. Uncheck all other checkboxes.
- Advanced > SKUs: Check all checkboxes.
- Advanced > Client: Check Outlook and Web checkboxes.
- Uncheck Offline Availability.

Steps: Save and Publish
- Click Save. Once the changes are saved, click Publish.
- Demandbase appears on the custom sitemap.
