Add the Demandbase One for Sales iFrame in Microsoft Dynamics

In Microsoft Dynamics CRM, you can add the Demandbase One for Sales (formerly Sales Intelligence) iFrame on the Account, Contact, Lead, and Opportunity entities.

Prerequisites/Preparation

You must have admin privileges in Microsoft Dynamics. 

Demandbase must be integrated with Microsoft Dynamics. 

The Demandbase One for Sales iFrame is only available for Dynamics Unified Client Interface (UCI.)

Steps

  1. Log into Microsoft Dynamics CRM as an admin user. 
  2. Go to Settings > Customization > Customize the System > Components > Entities > Accounts > Forms. Click Account.

  3. Go to Section. Double-click the section InsideView Web Resource (WebResouce_Insights.)

  4. Enter the following: 
    • Web resource - Search for and select iv_/webpages/summary_mashup.htm 
    • Label - Demandbase
    • Visibility - Check the Visible by Default and Enable for mobile checkboxes. 
    • Web Resource Properties - Check the Pass record object-type code and unique identifiers as parameters checkbox.

  5. Click OK.
  6. Click Save and click Publish.
  7. (Optional) Repeat above steps for the Contact, Lead, and Opportunity entities.

Outcome

Users can see the Demandbase One for Sales iFrame on the Account Summary page.
