The Qualify Leads action allows you to qualify matched Leads in Microsoft Dynamics directly from Demandbase. This action sets the status for Leads matched to an Account to Qualified.
Important: Dynamics prevents actions from being taken on more than 100 people at a time. The limit only applies to the Take Action functionality. If you have the Orchestration solution, you can use Automations without this limitation.
Demandbase Microsoft Dynamics CRM Integration
- Select Leads to qualify and click Take Action.
- In the right Take Action menu, click Qualified Leads.
- From the Assigned Owner drop-down list, select the Dynamics account owner to associate with the updated Leads.
- Select the Notification check box to email the Dynamics account owner about qualified Leads.
- Click Confirm.
