With the Sales Intelligence App Package, Sales teams can see robust insights directly from Microsoft Dynamics. The iFrame offers visibility into company, people, engagement, and many other insights. This provides a deep level of visibility into meaningful account activities/insights so that sales professionals can take the next best action on an account.
Prerequisites/Preparation
- You must have a Demandbase Sales Intelligence License. See View by License Type for more information.
- Your Microsoft Dynamics admin must add the Demandbase App Package in Microsoft Dynamics.

Industry
Company's Industry Profile with common challenges, trends, call prep questions, and size and structure of the industry.

Latest financial data for public companies.

Subsidiaries, acquisitions, international divisions, branches, and a host of other corporate relationships.
Similar Companies
Find other companies in the same industry. Checking out similar companies can help you understand where your target company fits in the industry or even identify new prospects.

Engagement
Timeline View
Shows engagement for the account in three different views: Deal Story, Engagement, and Group. The Deal Story view highlights key activities and lets you view Marketing Engagement, Sales Engagement, or both. The bottom bar chart shows the progression of the account through your Journey Stages. The Engagement and Group views show Engagement for the account.
Intent View
Shows Top Intent Keywords and Trending Keywords on web pages being read by users at the account sorted by intent strength. The sparklines show the number of times users read a web page with each keyword during the selected time period. See Understanding Intent.
Highlights View
Shows the most engaged people for the selected account. Most engaged people are selected based on factors such as a person’s role, their activities, etc.
Activities View
Shows the most engaged people for the selected account and their activities with the highest Engagement Minutes. You can use search or select a filter to refine the list.
Heatmap View
Shows Engagement Minutes based on your database fields selected in the Rows and Columns drop-down lists. See Understanding Heatmaps.
Communication History View
Shows you all email communication and meetings between your company and the selected account. See Understanding Communication History.
Insights
Shows relevant news, current events, and social media posts about the company and people. Click to follow the company on Twitter or Facebook and check out the company blog.
