Before creating a support ticket, fill in the following checklist for Adobe Analytics Connector data related issues:

Are You Using Data Connector Version 3 or Using a Legacy Solution (version 2.1.2 and below)?    

What's the Audience None Percentage?

Note the percentage here   

When Submitting a Support Ticket

Copy and paste the completed table into the ticket. Please note that without a completed table, resolution to your ticket and response may be delayed. If an Exercise doesn't apply to you please leave it blank.

Are Demandbase Adobe Scripts on the Page?

  1. Visit the site with the script.
  2. Open the console (Command Option J).

3. Click the 3 dots on the far right hand side and drill into Search all files.

4. Search for demandbase_sid and look for a file that starts with scripts.demandbase.com/adobeanalytics

Is Data Being Sent to Adobe?

Navigate to the customer's page and use the Adobe Debugger to confirm if data is coming through.

What Report Suite is the Data Being Sent To?

Using the Adobe Debugger you can check the Report Suite ID. Make sure this is the same report suite you are checking against in your Adobe interface.

Does the Data Connector Code Field Map Align with the Attributes Set Up in the Adobe Wizard?

  1. Visit the site.
  2. Open the console (Command Option J).
  3. Click the 3 dots on the far right hand side and drill into Search all files.

  4. Search for demandbase_sid and look for a file that starts with scripts.demandbase.com/adobeanalytics

  5. Press the curly bracket option {}.

  6. The dimensions can be found under setupDimensions.
  7. Confirm the above dimensions align with the ordering and attribute selection in the Demandbase Setup and Adobe Wizard.

Are You Using Data Connector Version 3 or a Legacy Solution (version 2.1.2 and below)?

  1. Visit the site.
  2. Open the console (Command Option J).

  3. Click the 3 dots on the far right hand side and drill into Search all files.

  4. Search for demandbase_sid and look for a file that starts with scripts.demandbase.com/adobeanalytics. If you have this file you're on CDC otherwise you may be on the old Data Connector code base from the v2.1.2 Plugin. Please note this in your support ticket.

What's the Audience None Percentage?

  1. Navigate to the Audience variable in the customer's reports. Reports > Custom Conversion > eVar > Demandbase Required Variables > Audience.

  2. Look for the None line.

  3. To break it down it by pages, click the icon on the left hand side.

  4. Drill down into Site Content > Pages to see what pages are the highest offenders.
