Mapping of HubSpot Fields to Demandbase

The HubSpot integration syncs data from HubSpot into Demandbase. Since the name of the fields in HubSpot differ from those in Demandbase, we’ve provided the following tables to help you find the mapping of corresponding fields.

For example, you can find the data from the Company Name field in HubSpot in the Account Name field in Demandbase.

Account (Company) Fields

Demandbase syncs all default and custom Account (Company) fields from HubSpot. See HubSpot's documentation for more information.

The following table provides a list of notable Demandbase account fields and, if applicable, their corresponding HubSpot fields.

Description

Account Name Name Company name.
Account Owner Id Company Owner The account owner's full name. Field type must be Hubspot User.
Customer Date n/a The last date this company qualified for the Customer designated Journey Stage in the Account Journey Builder. 
Domain n/a Demandbase domain. Domain data is matched against the Hubspot website field.
External Account Id Record ID Unique company record ID.
Journey Stage n/a Demandbase Journey Stage of the company.
Open Opportunities Number of open deals The number of open opportunities based on the Opportunity Journey Stage defined in the Account Journey Builder.
Pipeline Date n/a The most recent date this account entered a designated Pipeline Journey Stage defined in the Account Journey Builder. 
Website Website URL/Company Domain Name The company's website.

People (Contact) Fields

Demandbase syncs all default and custom People (Contact) fields from HubSpot. See the HubSpot documentation for more information.

The following table provides a list of notable Demandbase people fields and, if applicable, their corresponding HubSpot fields.

Description

Account Id Record Id  Company record ID related to the contact.
Department (Merged) n/a The contact's Department. If there is no data from CRM, Demandbase provides a standardized department using the contact's title field.

CRM Owner Id 

Owner Name

Contact Owner The contact owner's full name.
Email (Merged) Email The contact's primary email address.
Title Job Title The contact's job title.
Last Name Last Name The contact’s last name.
First name First Name The contact's first name.
Role Derived from Job Title Demandbase calculated role using the contact's title field.

Opportunity (Deal) Fields

Description

Is Won? n/a This is a calculated field which checks if Stage=Closed Won.
Opportunity Id Record ID Unique deal record ID.
Opportunity Name (merged) Deal Name Name of the opportunity.
Owner Name Deal Owner The deal owner's full name.
Stage Deal Stage Stage of the deal.
Close Date Close date The date the deal is expected to close, or was closed.
Created Date Create Date  The date the deal was created.
Type (merged field) Deal type Type of the deal. For example, New Business or Existing Business.
